For those horse enthusiasts who have their own horses – barns, corrals, riding & roping arena plus cattle to work with, are there for your pleasure. For those who just want to experience this – you are invited to join in their cowboy way of life.
Sierra West’s “Cowtown” complete with the Longhorn Saloon (meeting house), Cantina, and Bunkhouses have been added to accommodate more guests and bigger groups.
They have hosted several events over the last few years including the Sierra West/Lundbreck Canadian All Girls Rodeo, Frontier Cattle Drive, Peddlers Markets, Ranch Roping Competitions, Calgary Regional Horse Clubs and have now included corporate events and group functions such as family reunions, weddings, bus tours and movie crews.
Fishing, canoeing, snowmobiling and sight seeing are only minutes away with the ranch being in close proximity to forest reserves, natural lakes and man made dams. Waterton Lakes National Park and several historical points of interest are within an hours drive away.
