Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump Interpretive Centre
Head Smashed-In Buffalo Jump is one of the world’s oldest, largest, and best preserved buffalo jump sites known to exist. In 1982 the United Nations declared it a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Interpretive Centre offers visitors insight into the lifestyles, legends, religion and history of the Blackfoot peoples. The site also features a gift shop, cafeteria, theatre, walking trails, special native events and a summer tipi camping program.
