The retreat boasts one half mile of river frontage and panoramic views of the surrounding Rocky Mountain Foothills and Red Deer River.

Accommodations:
This newly renovated ranch home (1600 sq. ft. of living space) features a brand new, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and fridge. Enjoy bright, colorful furnishings throughout, as well as a new 4 pc bathroom. This very private home also features a wood-burning fireplace; two sundecks with deck furniture, gas BBQ, river view hot tub and Satellite Internet access.

The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, TV, DVD & VCR. The children’s room has bunk beds. The lower level features a third bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a rumpus/game room complete with TV, DVD & VCR.

You can just sit back and relax at the bungalow and enjoy Mother Nature at its best in peaceful solitude. There is easy access down to the river right beside the house.
