Diamond Willow Artisan Retreat
This brand new luxury retreat set on 11 acres of Alberta’s rolling foothills offers a get-away location for individuals and groups who wish to escape the stresses of the city. Only an hour south of Calgary, we welcome groups of up to 12, as they immerse themselves in their activity.

We have hosted painting sessions, jewellery workshops and yoga retreats, as well as a carving weekend and a couple of house concerts. A nutritionist, hiking guide, and watercolour instructor have offered an option to visiting groups.

Comfortable accommodations, wholesome meals and 24 hour flexible studio space are available. The studio has been designed for quilters and scrapbookers with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets. Gather your group together and let us know how we can make your weekend memorable.

Another option would be to come as a Bed and Breakfast guest and enjoy the hospitality of nearby quaint towns. There is lots to do in the area: take a trail ride, a hike, golf, fish, browse or take in one of the many jam sessions. The foothills is full of amazingly talented people!

Call us soon to book your time – you are worth it.

Diamond Willow Retreat is a get-away destination just 1 short hour south of Calgary in Alberta's lovely foothills. On the Cowboy Trail near Black Diamond and Turner Valley, you'll be awed by the beauty of the Rockies in Kananaskis Park.

We welcome groups up to 12 people who wish to work/play together in a stimulating, nurturing environment.

We'd be very interested in your input: What would you look for in a weekend retreat? What craft/activity would you want to do? How many people are in your group? How often would your group be interested in a getaway? Are you an instructor who would bring a group together?
