Remington Carriage MuseumChosen by Attractions Canada in a nationwide competition as “The Best Indoor Tourist Attraction in Canada”, the Remington Carriage Museum is acknowledged by international travelers to be the premier display of horse-drawn vehicles in North America. From coaches used by royalty to the stagecoaches of the old west, the collection contains over 250 carriages, wagons and sleighs.
The Museum features a working restoration shop, theatre, cafeteria, gift shop and active horse program with summer carriage rides. Watch skilled craftsmen at work on the construction and repair of carriages in the restoration shop, evoking a time when the carriage business was the largest industry in North America.
