EVENTS

Cochranites love festivals, parades and other special events and these folks know how to pay tribute to their roots. Canada Day Community Celebration kicks off Cochrane’s summer events.

The summer calendar includes markets, car shows and events at Glenbow Ranch. A must is the Outhouse Races for some good clean fun.

Mid-August check out the Ag Society’s Cochrane Fair, with mini-chuckwagon races. It gives new meaning to “fun for the whole family.”
Labour Day weekend is devoted to the Cochrane Lion’s Club Rodeo, where tomorrow’s stars are groomed and ranch families gather to socialize, along with the Labour Day Parade though our Historic Downtown.

Elevate wellness weekend rounds out the fall, and the year ends with Christmas Markets and a New Year’s Celebration.
